Celeste Turner joined Drake General Contracting in 2026 and serves as the company’s Operations Manager. With a strong background in insurance adjustment, billing, and collections, Celeste brings a unique blend of administrative expertise and customer-focused service to the construction industry.

In her role, Celeste oversees daily operations, manages invoices and billing, reviews change orders, and ensures smooth communication between clients, subcontractors, and project teams. She plays a key role in keeping projects organized, on schedule, and running efficiently.

Celeste is known for her strong organizational skills, effective leadership style, and commitment to supporting her team in any way needed. She takes pride in building lasting relationships with clients and delivering consistent, high-quality service.

Outside of work, Celeste enjoys fishing, spending time outdoors, making memories with her two dogs, and being with her family.
